	Precision Weld is a privately held company in Vancouver Washington. Tom and his crew have been repairing, restoring or manufacturing jet boats since 1991. They are now dedicated solely to building new jet boats.

Tom Maxfield, founder and owner of Precision Weld is also the chief designer and fabricator. He has spent many years repairing, modifying and even racing Jet Boats. He rafts and powerboats the Northwest's rivers many times each year and is a avid outdoorsman.
	Dave Ross joined the Precision Weld Team in 2005 as a partner. Well known for his ability to build and better the companies he involves himself in, he has brought Precision Weld Custom boats to a new level of excellence.
Recognizing the need to increase production, Tu Huynh was hired full time in January of 2007 as a welder fabricator. As a master craftsman, with years of experience working with aluminum at the Beall Corporation making gasoline tankers, Tu's expertise brings our boats one step closer to perfection.
	Shawn Sanders was hired as well in January of 2007, also a ex gasoline tanker builder thus master craftsman, his fabrication and welding skills are getting the boats out the door not only faster, but better than ever.
Twin fabricators and fitters Ron and Randy Wasch lend a hand in manufacturing jet boats for Precision Weld Custom Boats. They also have run the Snake River in Hells Canyon , along with other rivers in the Northwest for many years.
	Still the Shop Foreman and Certified Master Welder Dung Dao puts the precision in Precision Weld boats. Working full time for a major gasoline tanker manufacturer, his expertise makes our boats second to none.
Son Nguyen has to work hard to keep up with Dung's welder in fabricating the boats. He is also our premier polisher, putting a shine to the boats you can literally see yourself in. We would love to see you in one our boats as well.
