Company Background

Precision Weld Custom Boats is a relatively new company but with many years of experience.  Tom Maxfield founder, engineer and builder has been repairing and restoring aluminum boats since 1991. Over his years of working on many different boats from various manufacturers he felt he could build a boat better, at a better price, so in October of 2003 the company evolved from Precision Welding and Boat Restoration to manufacturing of Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc.

Precision Weld boats are designed to run heavy whitewater as found on the Snake, Salmon and Payette rivers yet also run very shallow for those skinny rivers through out the Northwest.

Models

From the Elite Regal Series that offers a cab forward design with center console for optimum visibility, hard tops, triple air ride stadium style seating for comfort, large fuel capacities and power plants that will not leave you disappointed. For once durability and class have finally met.

The Pro Guide Series offers the ultimate fishing boat. This boat enables the operator to drive comfortably from the rear, perched on a high air ride seat keeping an eye on the river and his clients or friends.  The boat is open for casting and moving about with ease, yet come sturgeon or winter season the boat quickly evolves into a cab forward driven boat by moving to the forward pilot station. A hard frame with canvas widows and top are quickly attached to keep everyone comfortable from our Northwest climate.
