Features of our construction

Rugged hull constructed with 5086 aluminum alloy. This special alloy is very anti-corrosive and typically used only in saltwater boats.

Our bottoms and thick and wide and we do not mind anyone saying so. 1/4" 5086 aluminum and 6.5 to 8.5 ft wide.

You won't find any body fillers such as Duraglass or Bondo in a Precision Weld boat.

The hull is stiffened with heavy duty cross lateral bracing providing a level of certainty when the ride gets rough.

Cab forward design maximizes available cabin space and puts the pilot up front and high. Pilot visibility is like none you have ever experienced.

Solid steel rod stick steering provides responsive and reliable steering no matter how tough the rapid

Four point power-plant mounting, lessens the weight load on the jet intake and lessens vibration.

We utilize a state of the art Lincoln pulse MIG welder with synergic control for high quality arc performance. This helps reduce warping and leaves a cleaner weld.
