Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. Limited Warranty

 This limited warranty is valid exclusively, to the original retail purchaser and is NOT transferable to subsequent owners.  Precision Weld Custom Boats are manufactured with the highest standards of engineering skills and are quality controlled-through every stage of manufacture.  Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. guarantees each Precision Weld Custom Boat to be free from any defect in material and/or workmanship according to the following guidelines.

 I.                   ALUMINUM STRUCTURE

The following are warranted for the lifetime of the boat:  welds for all main seams, hull side to bottom welds, chine welds, strake welds, center keel weld, all interior welded structural supports, beams, ribs, stringers, braces, and their welds.  For all Precision Weld Custom Boats, which are manufactured with a partial or full aluminum hardtop, they are warranted within the parameters of the Hull- The Structural Welded Aluminum Framing and Supports.

 II.                WOODEN COMPONENTS AND PAINT

The following are warranted for a period of one year from original purchase date:  All wooden floorboards, vertical members, decks, and hatch covers.  Defects in material and/or workmanship causing the paint finish to peel or blister.

 III.             VINYL, CARPET, AND UPHOLSTERY COMPONENTS

The following are warranted for a period of 90 days from date of purchase:  All Precision Weld Custom Boats manufactured floor, interior, upholstery covering, drop curtains, mooring covers, and eyebrow covers.

 IV.              FACTORY INSTALLED COMPONENTS

Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. strives to use only top quality purchased component parts, which are not manufactured by Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc.  These components include and are not limited to: gauges, steering components, hardware, pumps, blowers, lights, windshield and side window glass, motors, electronic accessories, cables, and other hardware.  These and all other components not specifically covered by the components identified in sections I, II, III above are warranted only by the original manufacturer thereof.

 V.                 CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

As a condition to Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. obligation under this warranty, the original purchaser shall: 1. Complete the registration portion of this warranty and submit a copy to Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. within fifteen (15) calendar days of the original purchase date of Precision Weld Custom Boats.  2. Make any claim under this warranty and any communications in connection therewith to Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc.  3. To obtain warranty service, return your Precision Weld Custom Boat and/or any defective part(s) to Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc.  All warranty work will be completed by Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. manufacturing facility or at another repair facility designated by Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc.  4. Upon request from Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc., promptly return the boat to Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. manufacturing facility located at 2422 NE 172^nd Avenue, Vancouver, Washington 98684, transportation charges prepaid.  5. Purchaser shall permit all repair and replacement services under this warranty to be performed by a company and/or person(s) designated by Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc.

 VI.              OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. reserves the right to modify and/or make design changes or discontinue any of its products/materials, without notice to the purchaser, and shall not be liable as a result of such discontinuance or modification, nor shall Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. be liable in the event the replacement material may vary in color or gloss in the comparison to the original product as a result of normal weathering.

No party is or shall authorized by Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. to assume, create or amend any obligation or responsibility on behalf of or in the name of Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. or to bind Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. in any manner in connection with this warranty, unless specifically authorized to do so in writing by Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc.; and such written authorization shall only be effective for the claim and to the extent expressly specified therein.

 VII.           WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not provide protection against any failure, defect or damage caused by situations and events beyond normal exposure conditions, abuse and/or neglect including but not limited to:

  Misuse, abuse, neglect or improper hauling, handling, loading or storage

 Windshield or side window breakage

 Damage resulting from Galvanic Corrosion, Oxidation or Electrolysis caused by reverse polarity or SALT WATER EXPOSURE.

 Improper operating procedures such as: a) for racing purposes, b) contrary to the load or horsepower capacity recommended by Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc., c) contrary to Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. operating and maintenance instructions, or d) in connection with accessories not recommended by Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc.

 Any observable defect in any windshield, side window, upholstery material, or top discovered after delivery to the first purchaser at retail.

 Any defect caused by, resulting from in connection with installation of any engine or pump by any party other than Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc.

 Any engines, out-drives, pumps, or propellers not manufactured by Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc., however to the extent possible, Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc. shall pass on to purchaser the warranties of the manufacturers of these products.

 Any repair or replacement made necessary by normal wear and tear.

 Any party other than the original purchaser identified in this warranty.

 Any consequential damages arising out of, or as a result of, any defective part or parts.

 VIII.        COMMERCIAL WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This limited warranty for commercial use and/or livery services are in effect from the original purchase date and is limited to coverage for structural defects (section I above) for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date.  No additional warranties are in effect for commercial and/or livery services.

 IX.              EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc., at it’s own discretion, will repair or replace without charge any part or parts covered by this warranty and found, at the exclusive satisfaction of Precision Weld Custom Boats, Inc., to be defective in material or workmanship upon examination at the manufacturing facility located in Vancouver, Washington.

 THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY BY PRECISION WELD CUSTOM BOATS, INC. IN CONNECTION WITH IT’S BOATS, AND PRECISION WELD CUSTOM BOATS, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) IN SUCH CONNECTION EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY.
